Requirements

  • All fields must be completed.
  • Must be valid work email.
  • Referred entity must not be an existing EspriGas customer.
  • Referred entity must have at least 10 sites ordering gas.
  • Referred contact must be responsible for gas purchasing decisions.
  • Referrer can only refer one person per organization.

Referring Contact may solicit potential customers of (each a “Referred Contact”) TMG Gases, Inc. dba EspriGas (“EspriGas”) using EspriGas-approved marketing materials without modification.  Referring Contact will be solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the performance of its obligations hereunder.  Referring Contact shall not make any statements concerning the product/services of EspriGas (the “Offerings”) that are false, misReferred Contacting or inconsistent with any marketing or other materials (including price lists) published or otherwise supplied by EspriGas from time to time nor make any warranties or guarantees to Referred Contacts with respect to the Offerings, the pricing thereof, or Referring Contact’s relationship with EspriGas.  Referring Contact has no authority to (i) negotiate any contract for or on behalf of EspriGas, or (ii) bind EspriGas to any contract, representation or understanding concerning EspriGas or the Offerings, or any other products or services offered by EspriGas that are outside the scope hereof.  

Compensation. EspriGas will pay to Referring Contact a referral fee of (i) $100 for each qualified Referred Contact generated by Referring Contact and (ii) $400 for each Referred Contact that executes an agreement with EspriGas.
