We wanted to provide a quick update on the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and how it may impact you and your gas service.
Currently there are no known network disruptions, however, we are working closely with our supply partners to proactively manage any changes as we anticipate some supply network disruptions in the future. While we expect any gas supply interruptions to be local and not widespread, we don’t expect to have much notice of these changes.
For customers that purchase cylinders from Esprigas we are recommending that you review your 2019 purchases and consider advance orders to fulfill your summer needs. While there are no known cylinder supply chain disruptions currently, some cylinder components are sourced internationally. We want to avoid any shortages or cost increases as we move to the summer months. You can work directly with your sales representative or customer service to help coordinate advance purchases.
We will proactively communicate with you if we become aware of supply network disruptions that will impact normal distribution. Please reach out to us with any specific concerns.
We greatly appreciate your support and understanding as we work through any issues.
